Dr. Jae B. Park
BHNRC, ARS, USDA
Dr. Park has specific knowledge and experience in biochemistry, molecular
biology, analytical chemistry, organic chemistry, and constructing web-based
database. The knowledge of human nutrition, energy metabolism, macromolecules
metabolism, human nutrient biochemistry, organic chemistry, molecular
biology and web-based database have been acquired by majoring in biochemistry
to achieve Master and Ph.D. degrees, and attending special courses. Dr.
Park is currently investigating beneficial biological effects of numerous
phytochemicals from several plants using in vitro and in vivo models.
