Add 2.0 ml of freshly made 18.8: 0.8: 0.4 (V/V/V) 2% Na2CO3/0-1 M NaOH: 0.5% CuS04: 0.5% NaK tartrate vortex 3. Incubate 101 at R.T. 4.
