In Situ Using Oligo Probe Probe is end-labeled using 32p DATP and TdT (BRL) (See end-labeling protocol - Osama El-Badry, July 1989) Protocol is as per Pam Cohen's In-Situ protocol except: a) Prehybridize at 370C Using lx Denhardt's in place of Ficoll and PVP Also do not use RNAsin b) Wash 4x 1511 in 2x SSC/Formamide (50*), 400C 2x 3011 in lx SSC, r.t. Water dip (v. brief) 70% ethanol dip Blow dry c) Do not RNAase wash
