| Receptor In Situ Deparaf f inize tissues (6 uM on glass slides) in Xylene 2x Sit - Hydrate 2x 211 ea. 100% ethanol, then 70% ethanol - Dip into 3 mM KC1 (2.24 g/1) lx 111, then 2x 1011 ea., 40C - Add binding solution 200 ul/slide; 2 h, 12-150C - Wash in PBS pH 7.4 5x 111 ea. - Air dry using fan or cold hair dryer - Dip in emulsion (as per In-Situ protocols) - Store dessicated at 40C - Develop (as per In-Situ protocols) between 4 d and 15 d after initiation of experiment |
